Hotel Maxim Axial - Florence

Stayed in the Comfort Double Room for three nights. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for an old building. I loved the heated floor there too! Just a bummer about the thin walls. I could hear neighbors a bit too well. Great Wi-Fi helped me stay connected while exploring. A cozy spot after busy days in Florence.

The food is delicious with a good choice of options, including eggs and cheese. The units are neat on lower or upper floors...

Really comfortable stay for one night. Marvellous location to a medieval cathedral. Set in a lively area short walk to the duomo, at the heart of the shopping area, the Real Deep City center, and most monuments. Neat and silent unit on the upper floors, incredibly nice staff.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Very convenient hotel. All time you are in the centre of city events. All sights in the pedestrian availability.

The hotel is very close to the Duomo, the central market, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and many other main tourist sights.

This hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Florence with the little ones. Just a short stroll to the Duomo and plenty of attractions. The staff were great too, we had everything we needed.

My children wanted a bigger bathroom and more space to play.

The hotel was in a great location and had a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful. The room and bathroom were fine.

The tv was so small that it was hard to see. The use of the internet in the room is a confusing process.

The Maxim Axial in Florence surprised me with its location, just a stone's throw from the Duomo. I loved being able to walk everywhere easily. The room I had was spacious and clean. The shower was modern, which I appreciated. I did run into some issues . The breakfast selection felt limited, especially on the last day when many items seemed to be running low. I found the checkout time a bit rushed since it was set for 10 AM, while breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. It only made things a bit stressful trying to fit everything in. Having to carry luggage down stairs was not ideal, particularly after a long day. Despite these slight hiccups, the charming atmosphere and helpful reception staff really enhanced my experience. I'd consider staying again just for the location and overall comfort, but I would hope for a bit more variety at breakfast.

Great location, only 1-2minutes walk to Duomo and all other attractions are easily reached from the hotel.

If the windows are opened, it can be noisy at night.

Excellent positioning between Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Close to everything in the central area, restaurants, bars etc.

the air conditioning didn’t work well , but the location is unbeatable and the breakfast had a great selection of pastries and cheeses. the room was spacious and the staff were super friendly.

Great location, near Train, 200 meters to Town Square. Close to food and shops. Great Location. Breakfast included.

Very noisy. Main Street. Restaurant below very busy and Noise. Busy and noisetill 10:00 pm.

The location was fantastic, just 1 minute away from Duomo. The service was very kind and friendly. There are 2 computers with an internet access. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing place with amenities like free wi-fi, electric kettle, express check-in, and a cozy lounge area. The staff were friendly and helped me with directions on my first stay. I highly recommend it!
